April 18, 2022—Cedar Rapids, IA– TLC Associates, an Iowa-based provider of third-party high-quality Customer Experience (CX) solutions, announced today that it is expanding its operations in Americus, Georgia.  The Veteran-owned Company is adding jobs to the existing team that they have on-boarded over the last year and is hiring for these customer experience and support staff leadership positions over the next 120 days.

TLC Associates is a high-touch, third party contact center service provider, headquartered in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.  The company supports many of the USA’s leading brands across many verticals, and currently operates 8 locations across the US.  In addition, TLC Associates operates in several global locations as well.

The Americus location is at 105 Industrial Drive in Americus.
