TLC Associates Adds Third Site in the Dominican Republic

Recent client growth drives the need for a fourth additional site opening in 2020

October 19, 2020—Cedar Rapids, IA– TLC Associates, an Iowa-based provider of high-quality customer contact solutions, announced today that is adding a third location in the Dominican Republic. This comes soon after the firm announced two more US-based locations this month.  In May, the firm announced the opening of a second site in El Paso, TX.

TLC Associates is a high-touch, third-party contact center service provider, headquartered in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.  The company supports many of the USA’s leading brands across many verticals and currently operates from two locations in the Dominican Republic. The newest site is located in the Capital city, Santo Domingo, marking the second site for the company in the metropolitan area. The third site is located in Santiago.

With the addition of this site, TLC Associates now operates 11 centers in the US, 3 in the Dominican Republic, and one each in India and the Philippines. The Company has performed exceptionally well for clients during the 2020 pandemic, paving the way for growth among its current clients and attracting new clients to the portfolio.
