In February 2018, I was hired as a Recruiter to ensure TLC continues to hire hardworking, qualified people to meet and exceed our clients’ expectations. My natural problem-solving skills have helped me to adapt to new situations while remaining positive and productive. One of the things I love most about working at TLC is that the team is just as adaptable. Every day is a new challenge and we supported to learn and grow. My manager allows me to test out my own ideas on new challenges and make my own mistakes. Plus, they are invested in my growth. I know that TLC’s leadership supports me as I work toward my career goals (I expect to be a Hiring Manager of the Southwest region in two years and a Recruiting/Marketing leader in four). Personally, I love traveling for vacation and spending time with my amazing kids.
