How long have you worked at TLC? What has your career path been within the company?
I have been working at TLC for 8months. My career path lead me to the job I received my degree in and the one I wanted. I am an administrative assistant. I’m so thankful and humble for this opportunity.
What are your current responsibilities?
I am responsible for on boarding new hires and all paperwork involved. Daily reports for all programs in the site. Answering phones and greeting all that come in the door.
What are your professional goals with TLC?
My goals are to get better and better each day as an admin and to grow further within the company.
Which skills and traits differentiate you as a member of the TLC team?
I would say I consider us all to be equal. Personally my skills are to be organized and stay on top of things at all times. Plus I’m very approachable, good listener, and friendly.
Why do you love working at TLC?
The environment here. I’m happy when coming in to work, our site director is so understanding, friendly and believes we are all equal. The staff is friendly and it’s a professional environment to work in.
What do you do for fun?
Camping, fishing, and painting crafts. My daughter and I are movie fanatics, love road trips and board games.

What is your favorite aspect of your job?
Being around professional friendly people and the administration work. I love what I do. Each day is a lesson for me to work harder and do better than yesterday.
