Vice President of Client Services
Jason Eischeid, Vice President of Client Services, has over 19+ years of call center experience. He began on the phones at Access Direct in 2001 for Mr. Cardella and worked his way up through various roles including Supervisor, Quality Assurance Supervisor, Program Manager, Site Director, and various Client Services roles. Mr. Eischeid has successfully managed and grown many client accounts, both domestic and offshore, with particular success in Outbound and Inbound Sales for residential and business customers. Clients value Mr. Eischeid’s ability to build solid and trusting relationships through proactive communication, honest feedback, and exceptional results. He graduated with his Executive MBA from the University of Iowa in December 2015.
