EVP Information Technology
Greg Henn, EVP Information Technology, has been in the contact center industry for 23 years. Over the course of 9 years at TLC, Mr. Henn has held various positions, such as VP of Client Services, SVP IT, and most recently EVP of IT. He is responsible for information technology, security, compliance, and systems engineering. Prior to working at TLC, Mr. Henn held senior positions with APAC Customer Services, Verizon, AT&T and Convergys. Mr. Henn’s prior experience in business operations allows him to understand the needs of his internal and external customers, applying good business sense to his planning and decision making.
