How long have you worked at TLC? What has your career path been within the company?
I began my career with TLC on October 1, 2018.
What are your current responsibilities?
I am currently the Program Manager responsible for the day to day performance of this functional group and strategy to ensure our client needs are met.
What are your professional goals with TLC?
I am currently working on my Master’s degree in Business and Managing Information Systems and hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Managing Information Systems. I hold a Six Sigma Black Belt certification and plan to use both my previous and new knowledge to further the growth of TLC. I have managed large scale Call Centers in the past and plan on doing likewise with TLC. As TLC is growing, I joined seeing potential to expand on my career objectives. Professionally, I’ve managed in house call centers and saw TLC as an opportunity to learn a new facet of Call Center management.
Which skills and traits differentiate you as a member of the TLC team?
As a Six Sigma Professional, I am naturally inquisitive and use my skill sets to review and enhance process driven functions to reduce costs, improve customer experience or generate revenue. I have also worked professionally on large accounts with similar clients and can use this experience to recommend best practices that will help TLC earn an edge over competitors. I enjoy working on business culture and have experience in creating working environments in which our staff can develop a sense of pride and excellence which is a win-win for both our business and our employees.
Why do you love working at TLC?
It’s a challenge every day! I’m also a “learner” by nature and enjoy learning something new daily. Every day at TLC is a learning experience!
What do you do for fun?
I enjoy a few things, I love spending time with my oldest grandbaby the most. She’s four years old and at an age where everything is still new to her and that’s amazing to be a part of. I’m also an artist(painter) and work with a local gallery in El Paso, TX. On weekends, I work on my art and help other local artists to learn how to market and find venues to sell and promote their work.
