How long have you worked at TLC? What has your career path been within the company?
I have been working with TLC since June. I started as an agent for an Insurance Client, and I currently am a Quality Analyst.
What are your current responsibilities?
Currently I wear two hats. Quality Assurance Representative and project resource representative for our Insurance Client.
What are your professional goals with TLC?
I want to be able to play a supporting role in the overall success of the Dental Plans program. I also want to be able to learn as much as I can from my leadership team.
Which skills and traits differentiate you as a member of the TLC team?
I am a hard worker, with an ethical & moral compass. The call center life runs in my family. I am outgoing and let my work speak for itself.
Why do you love working at TLC?
I love working at TLC, because of the people. They teach me something each day.
What do you do for fun?
I like to play the piano, dance and play Pokemon Go.
