Brian Theusch, VP Information Technology, has been in the contact center industry for 20 years. He is responsible for information security, data warehousing, and application development. Prior to joining TLC, he held a senior position within Access Direct.

Over his tenure in the contact center space, Mr. Theusch has provided technical solutions for clients over a wide variety of verticals such as healthcare, insurance, financial, and support/customer care.

To achieve success for clients, he has worked with a wide array of contact center hardware and software solutions such as Avaya, Nortel, Siemens, Five9, NICE inContact, Asterisk, Salesforce, and Amazon Web Services.  

Mr. Theusch also manages the day to day relationships with our various technology partners including NICE inContact and Atos (formerly Siemens Enterprise IT).
