TLC Associates ranks high in call center industry
TLC Associates (formerly Thomas L Cardella & Associates is proud to announce that TMC, a global, integrated media company, has named TLC Associates on its 28th Annual Top 50 Teleservices Agencies Ranking.

This past year TLC Associates ranked domestic only outbound calling 9th. Inbound domestic calling 17th, and global aggregate 20th.
At the start of the second quarter of each year since 1986, TMC has delivered its Top 50 Teleservices Agency Ranking lists. In this issue, we are pleased to present the 28th edition, listing the top teleservices firms in the world.

Thomas L Cardella & Associates (TLCA) will create up to 300 new jobs in Iowa in 2013, with 150 of those coming to Keokuk, Iowa beginning in January. The program will involve inbound customer service billing work. TLCA is currently hiring for these spots and will remain ramping up through the April of 2013.
“We are very excited to have this work come to us and it is primarily due to the amazing job by the Keokuk, Iowa workforce,” said Thomas Cardella President and Founder. Since opening in Keokuk in 2008 the center has consistently grown and been a pillar for the TLCA organization. “The work that the Keokuk center has done will not only bring jobs to Keokuk but will also give way to more jobs in the state of Iowa.”
All positions will receive guaranteed pay increases every six months, paid training and a comprehensive benefits package. Individuals hired into these positions will require outstanding communication skills, with a background in sales preferred. Successful completion of pre-employment background check and drug screen is required.
